I have over 14 years experience working with adults managing symptoms of depression, anxiety, trauma and addiction. I am licensed in NY and IL. I have additional certifications working with alcohol and substance use and sexual addiction
How much does therapy cost?
- Individual Sessions $195, depending on length of session
- Sliding scale: apply if you may be eligible
- Pay by Cash, Venmo, Ivy Pay, and most major credit cards
Do you accept insurance for therapy and metal health services?
I am in network with Aetna, Cigna and I accept out of network reimbursement. I can help with navigating the reimbursement process with insurance companies. Most importantly, I offer sliding scale fees to keep therapy affordable for everyone.
I’m not local, but I’d like you to be my therapist. Do you do telehealth appointments?
I provide telehealth therapy services, via Zoom, FaceTime or Teams. I am available weekdays and in the evenings.
