Sometimes we feel weighed down with difficulty making changes. Anxiety or depression can block us from moving towards our goals. Navigating relationships can be complicated and feel overwhelming. History of trauma can effect our present lives. In these times, we need a supportive, objective person to help us find our way. Let’s work together to develop a plan that fits your needs and values and can ease some of the tensions.

Find relief and achieve the outcomes You envision for Your life

I have extensive experience with a wide range of issues, focusing on depression, anxiety, trauma and LGBTQ issues with a specialization in managing alcohol and substance abuse struggles, sex and pornography addiction.

I use a flexible yet practical counseling style that includes evidence-based methods, including CBT and DBT, through a psychoanalytic lens, that will be based on your needs and preference. Together we will identify and remove the obstacles that may be preventing you from progressing and being the person you want to be.
